130,000 SF interior demolition of former Sears retail space, including dual-escalator removal, elevator removal, exterior openings, slab-on-deck and slab-on-grade openings, exterior façade removal, and complete removal of all interior finishes in preparation for incoming Dave and Busters location.
Challenges included pulling escalator truss up to 2nd floor slab for removal, and large roof-top-unit removals utilizing a 265-ton crane.
